Sim4（シムズ4）は、言わずと知れた人生シミュレーションゲームですね。シムと呼ばれる人々の人生を神視点で楽しめる「大人の人形遊び」と形容する人もいます。

2014年9月に発売された本作は、2022年10月に無料化したことで話題になりました。定価で全てのDLCを揃えようとしたら10万を超えるくらいですから、本体くらい…ということなのでしょうね。

今回無料配布されるThe Daring Lifestyle Bundleは、以下の有料DLC3つがセットになった特別バンドルです。

今週の感想：シムズ4はまだまだ現役

シムズ4も来年で10年になるんですね。Steam Chartsによると、ピーク時同接は無料化したタイミングで10万弱、今でも5万弱が続いていて、その化け物コンテンツっぷりに驚かされます。今から始めてもまだまだ新規コンテンツに期待できそうです。

しかし無料ゲームのDLCのみとは寂しい…。
